Terms of service
Effective 16 August 2026 · PredictiveRoadmap.com, a MindProfit LLC company
These are the terms you agree to when you buy a Revenue Leak Audit from us. They are written
to be read, not to be got past. If anything here is unclear, ring
855-409-ROAD and ask before you pay.
1Who you are dealing with
PredictiveRoadmap.com is a trading name of MindProfit LLC, a California limited
liability company based in Huntington Beach, California. In these terms, “we” and “us” means
MindProfit LLC. “You” means the business buying the audit.
3What the audit is
The Revenue Leak Audit is a written report on where your business appears to be losing work it
should be winning. For $995 you receive:
- Twelve questions, asked straight after you pay, on a web page you can fill
in from your phone. Eight are multiple choice or a word; eight ask you to read a figure off your own
screen. It takes about four minutes. We do not need access to any of your systems, and
“I don’t know” is an allowed answer.
- An eight-page report, delivered within 48 hours of your
answers. It sets out three findings, ranked, each with the evidence shown and
the arithmetic written out so you can follow it and re-run it with your own numbers.
- A fix pack — the messages and scripts referred to in the report,
written out ready to use.
- A phone call from us once the report is with you. If you do not answer we
will leave a message. There is nothing for you to book and nothing further to buy.
Every figure in the report is labelled as one of three things: measured from
figures you gave us, observed by us from publicly available information, or
estimated from typical numbers for your trade. You will always be able to tell
which is which.
4Price and payment
| Price | $995, in US dollars |
| When | Once, in full, before we begin. The sixteen questions come immediately after |
| Recurring charges | None. No retainer, no subscription, no renewal |
| Anything else to pay | Nothing. The audit is complete on its own.
Nothing further is required to use it, nothing is held back for a second purchase, and we
take no commission on your jobs |
5Late, and you pay nothing. Otherwise non-refundable
If the audit is not delivered to you within 48 hours of your submitting the twelve
answers, you
get the whole $995 back. You do not have to ask twice and you do not have to argue
about it. That is a promise about us and our clock, not about what we find in your business.
Apart from that, once you have paid, the $995 is not refundable. That is
the case whether or not you act on the findings, and whether or not you agree with them.
The reason is simple and we would rather say it than hide it: the work is research and
judgement, it is done before you read a word of it, and it cannot be handed back. This is
also why we give you a real finding about your own business, free, before we ever ask you for
money — so that you are not deciding blind.
There is no cooling-off period and no satisfaction guarantee. If you are not
sure, do not pay us.
5bThe report is only as good as the figures you give us
After you pay, we ask you sixteen questions about your business. Some of them
need you to look at your own screen — how many estimates are sitting unsold, what is owed to
you, when you last raised your rate.
If you guess, or skip a question, or give us a figure that is not right, the report will
be wrong in that place — and that is not something we can be responsible for. We
will tell you in the report which findings we could not cost because the number was missing.
This is not a reason for a refund. The work is done from what you give us. If
you do not have the figures to hand, get them before you pay — the questions
are listed on the site so you can see them first.
“I don't know” is an allowed answer and an honest one. It is better
than a guess, because we can say the finding is uncosted rather than cost it wrongly.
6What we need from you
The audit costs its findings against your figures, which means we need them. If you do
not complete the sixteen questions, or you answer “I don’t know” to the ones that
carry the dollar findings, we will deliver what can be produced from publicly available
information alone and the report will say on its face which findings are uncosted and
why. That does not entitle you to a refund, but we will not pretend the
report is something it is not.
7Timing — 48 hours, and the one thing that can stop the clock
The clock starts the moment you submit your sixteen answers, and it is 48 hours
— not two business days, and not 48 hours from some later point of our choosing.
If you finish the questions at two on a Tuesday afternoon, the report is with you by two on
Thursday afternoon. Most people answer straight after paying, so in practice those are minutes
apart — but the clock is anchored to your answers because the report cannot be written
without them, and we are not going to hold you to a deadline we start before we can work.
The only thing that can pause that clock is not getting your figures. The
audit costs its findings against your own numbers, and those come from the sixteen questions you
answer straight after you pay. The clock starts when you submit them, not when you pay.
If we never receive them the report cannot be written, and we will tell you that rather than let a
deadline slide quietly.
Nothing else pauses it. Not weekends, not our workload, not how busy we are.
If we are going to be late for any reason of our own, we will tell you before the
deadline rather than after it.
8We do not guarantee any result
We do not promise that you will earn more, rank higher, win more jobs, or recover any
particular sum. We have no control over your market, your competitors, your pricing,
your staff, or what you choose to do with the report. Any dollar figure in the audit is an
estimate of an opportunity, not a forecast and not a promise.
9This is not professional advice
We are not attorneys, accountants, financial advisors, or tax advisors, and nothing we give you
is legal, financial, accounting or tax advice. The audit is commercial research and opinion.
Decisions about your business remain yours, and you should take professional advice from your own
advisors before acting on anything with legal or financial consequences.
10What we do not do
So there is no confusion about what you are buying:
- We do not sell advertising, search rankings, websites, or leads.
- We do not operate anything on your behalf, and we do not take control of your accounts,
your listings, or your phones.
- We do not take a share of your jobs or your revenue.
- We do not put you on a mailing list you did not ask for.
- We do not hold anything back. Every finding we have about your business is
in the report you paid for. There is no shorter version and no second document.
If we ever offer you anything else, it will be a separate thing you can say no to
without losing a word of what you already bought.
11Accuracy, and the limits of it
Our findings are drawn from publicly available information and from the figures you give us. A
person reviews every finding before it reaches you. Public information can still be out of date,
incomplete, or wrong at the moment we look at it, and we say in the report when each thing was
checked so you can check it yourself. If you believe a finding is wrong, tell us and we will
re-check it.
12Your information
What we collect, why, and what we never do with it is set out in our
privacy policy. In short: we use it to research your business and to
contact you, and we do not sell it, rent it, or share it with anyone who wants to sell
you something.
13Confidentiality
The figures you give us in the sixteen questions are yours. We use them to produce your audit and for
nothing else. We may describe patterns across our work anonymously — for example, that
shops with restricted hours tend to rank below shops without them — but
we will not name your business or publish your figures.
14Our liability
Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for
fraud. Subject to that: our total liability arising out of the audit is limited to the
amount you paid us for it. We are not liable for lost profits, lost business, or
indirect or consequential losses.
15Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, and the courts of California have
exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
16Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version that applies to you is the one published on this
page on the day you paid, and changes we make later do not apply retrospectively to work
already bought. The effective date is at the top of this page.
